What AIS Offers

What to Expect

This is not a course.

It’s a guided experience — part conversation, part reflection, part gentle reset.

Over eight weeks, we meet online once a week for 60 minutes in a small, hand-picked circle (around 12 people).

Each gathering follows a natural rhythm:

  1. A quiet opening – a moment to arrive, breathe, and tune in.

  2. A shared reflection or idea – drawn from psychology, creativity, leadership, and the arts.

  3. Dialogue and insight – thoughtful discussion, practical tools, and personal reflection.

  4. Integration – a simple takeaway or a short musical moment to carry into your week.

From time to time, I’ll invite guest voices — experts, thinkers, and artists from different fields — to share their perspectives on balance, presence, and purpose.

These sessions add variety, inspiration, and practical wisdom from real-world experience.

You can participate as actively or quietly as you wish. There’s no expectation to share personal stories — just to listen deeply, reflect, and learn alongside others who understand the rhythm of high-achieving life.

Optional “Pause & Play” evenings bring the experience to life in person — where conversation meets live piano, and reflection meets community.
