Zen Zeng (PhD) teaches Deep Listening, helping leaders, teams and mindful-achievers cultivate the #1 human skill of the future.

As a professional speaker and high-performance coach, Zen brings a unique combination of expertise to the stage. She spent three decades as a concert pianist performing on four continent, and as one of Australia’s most senior interpreters, navigating diplomatic negotiations where every word and note carried consequence.

After experiencing the cost of unsustainable excellence firsthand, Zen developed two frameworks that are transforming how leaders and teams approach communication and performance:
